When the access control system is unable to automatically choose an access right for the client among those available you will have to select it manually. This can happen when a client has two different subscriptions that are both valid to grant access at a given moment.
Just click on the yellow button and the system will provide a list of the available active subscriptions. Select an option and the system will grant access to the user.
