From a user's profile it is possible to sell a service or services from an existing quote.
Click on the corresponding button. The system will provide the full list of available services that can also be filtered by activity, tag and/or resources required for the service.
You can select one or more services and click on Confirm Sale to open up the payment window.
Please note that to book the service you will have to click on Front-Office - Services and reserve a slot from the agenda. The system will not charge for the reservation as the user has already paid for the service.
Services from Quote
You might require to sell a package of services for a specific purpose (physiotherapy, nutritional advice, beauty...) and let the customer decide to pay for these services only when they are actually required.
Example #1_Physiotherapy: a customer requires private sessions with a personal trainer to recover from an injury with specific exercises. In the quote you can include an initial assessment and some sessions of physiotherapy (e.g. massage/workout);
Example #2_Nutritional Advice: a customer requires advice from an expert in order to arrange a diet plan + specific workout to lose weight + follow up sessions with the nutritionist and a personal trainer;
Example #3_Laser Wax: a customer requires to book some sessions with the beautician for laser hair removal
In all the instances listed above it is hard to be sure in advance if the customer is going to require all the sessions included in the quote or if additional sessions are going to be needed further on. This is the purpose of creating a quote, a sort of "pay-per-use" plan.
Before you present a customer with a quote, you will have to create a quote template (Settings - Quote Templates).
Open the user's profile and click on Quotes - Add
A new window will open up. Pick a quote, provide a description (mandatory), type in a number for the quote (optional) or tick the box "Auto" if you have a quote numeration available (previously created in the settings), specify a starting date and an expiry date and if you require you can also choose a specific consultant responsible for the quote. Once you have provided all the details, click on OK.
In the user's profile you will see the new quote. To make it available for sale you will have to click on Detail
In the details of the quote, tick the box to confirm it and then click on "Items"
Once you have added all the required services in the quote, click on OK to save. As you can see, all these services are "prescribed". This means that the customer doesn't have to pay in advance for the whole package of services. As they are prescribed, the customer can choose to enjoy them all or just some of them and consequently pay separately for each single service.
To sell services from a quote, open the sale window and click on the corresponding button. Select the service/s required and proceed with the sale.
